I have been in the real estate and mortgage industries since 1980.  I started in new home sales, became a loan officer, mortgage broker and am now a mortgage banker.  Most of us who have been around for the long haul thought we had seen it all in this industry; guess we’ve been taught a lesson or two.  I’ve learned this business is always a challenge but is also rewarding.  I’ve always liked working with people; I’m very proud of the fact that over 90% of my business is either repeat business or comes from referrals.
